In 1998, a dream came true for us: a beautiful piece of land at the foot of the Auas ​​Mountains not far from Windhoek was for sale... Here we built our own gravel travel base - the Windhoek Mountain Lodge. Since then, it has been the start and finish point of most of our tours. In the meantime, other travelers and guests from Windhoek's surrounding area have also discovered our small lodge as a popular alternative for themselves - not far from the bustling capital in wonderful silence...

Located at a height of over 2000 m, the lodge is surrounded by an area of ​​around 30 hectares, on which there are training routes for the first test drives. Of course, there is also a modern workshop, where our technical team looks after the fleet of now over 100 motorcycles.

Due to its central location and proximity to the city, the Windhoek Mountain Lodge is also an ideal starting point for other activities. From here you can reach the centre of Windhoek in about 20 minutes, take day trips to various game reserves or to the famous woodcarving market in Okahandja.
