The rooms

The lodge offers nine comfortable, thatch-roofed double rooms of which one is a honeymoon-/family suite, all with ensuite shower/toilet. The spacious lush courtyard and pool area offers a silent and peaceful daytime to relax in sun or shade with an amazing outview to the Auas Mountain’s panorama. Coffee and tea is always there for your self service and you’ll find fresh cake served in the afternoon. There is also a bar in the dining area. A beautiful "lapa" offers the most comfortable stay for breakfast and dinner on most days of the year. Free WLAN is available, telephone or fax supply may be used at reception. Enjoy the cosy, unconstrained ambience, friendly service, the excellent food or even our legendary “bushman fondue” on open fire.

Activities

Our lodge is located on the slope of the Auas Mountains. From here you have a fantastic view with all the light moods of the day. From our terrace/lawn area, you can enjoy the star-filled sky at any time of night. Spend the first hours of the morning on the viewing platform at sunrise and admire the often magnificent sundown sky in the evening. If you spend several days at our lodge, you are welcome to enquire about spontaneous options for round trips on the neighboring farm grounds or an excursion to the neighboring game reserves, where hikes and game drives are offered.

Of course, we can also arrange your transfer to and from the airport.
